    Your complimentary 20-minute phone consultation is a chance to talk about your goals, ask questions, and see if hypnosis feels like the right fit for you.

  • Initial Session – $125

    Your first session includes a personal consultation and a full hypnosis experience (about 75–90 minutes). We’ll talk through what you’d like to accomplish, answer any questions, and begin your customized hypnosis journey.

  • 3-Session Program – $350

    Three sessions designed to build momentum and reinforce positive change. Each session builds on the last, helping new patterns and perspectives become more natural and automatic.
    Save $25 when booking as a series.

  • 5-Session Transformation Package – $550

    This series offers time and depth for lasting results.
    Hypnosis works through focused repetition and positive reinforcement. The more often you experience it, the easier it becomes.
    Save $75 when booking as a package.

Cancellation Policy

Your session time is reserved just for you. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.
